• Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and preferences.
• Guide customers through the sales and leasing processes with professionalism and transparency.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat and referral business.
• Manage all aspects of vehicle sales including negotiations financing options and trade-in evaluations.
• Collaborate with the dealership team to meet and exceed monthly sales goals.
• Stay up-to-date on current vehicle inventory features and promotions.

• Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced automotive environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn and adapt to Beach Chevrolets sales processes quickly.
• Previous sales or automotive experience is a plus but not required.
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record.

• Competitive compensation ranging from $60000.00 to $200000.00 per year paid monthly.
