Job Summary

cFocus Software seeks a SAFe Agile Scrum Master to join our program supporting the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA). This position is on site in the Washington DC MD & VA area. This position requires a TS/SCI CI Polygraph clearance.
Qualifications:

Active TS/SCI CI Polygraph clearance
Bachelors degree in any field with 4-12 years of experience in Agile project management
SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification required
Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and coaching Agile teams
Knowledge of Agile tools (Jira Rally Azure DevOps)
Understanding of SAFe principles and ART operations

Duties:

Facilitates Agile teams using Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) principles and Scrum methodologies.
Coaches teams on Agile practices removes impediments and ensures adherence to SAFe ceremonies and artifacts.
Facilitates sprint planning daily stand-ups sprint reviews and. retrospectives.
Tracks team velocity manages sprint backlogs and promotes continuous improvement.
Collaborates with Product Owners and stakeholders to alignment with program objectives.
Supports Agile Release Train (ART) activities and coordinates with Release Train Engineers.
