Supervision Received: Executive Housekeeper / Assistant Housekeeping Manager

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Experience

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred.
• Hospitality environment experience a plus.

Skills & Knowledge

• Strong attention to detail and cleaning standards.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Ability to lift push and pull up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand bend and walk for extended periods.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Professional and friendly demeanor.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms including bathrooms beds floors and amenities.
• Change linens replace towels and restock supplies.
• Ensure all rooms meet cleanliness and brand standards.
• Report maintenance issues damages or missing items promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness of hallways carts and storage areas.
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines including proper chemical handling.
• Respond to guest requests courteously and professionally.
• Assist with laundry or public area cleaning as assigned.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
