Position Summary
We are seeking a Pediatric Home Health NurseRN or LVN to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to medically fragile children in the home setting in Driftwood Kyle Buda surrounding areas.
Full-Time Part-Time and PRN opportunities available
May include care for patients with tracheostomy ventilator G-tube needs BiPAP or IV needs.
Shift Schedule
Day Shift and Night Shift available
Day Shift and Night Shift available
8 hour shifts 10 hour shifts and 12 hour shifts available
Major Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 skilled nursing care in accordance with physician orders
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments
- Monitor patient condition and report changes
- Collaborate with care team and family
- Complete accurate clinical documentation electronically
Qualifications
- Active Texas LVN or RN license
- Current CPR certification
- Valid Drivers License
- At least 1 year of work experience or 6 months pediatric home health as a licensed RN or LVN
