Job Title: Registered Nurse Unit Manager (RNUM)

Location: Rochester NH
Schedule: MondayFriday Day Shift (7:00 AM3:00 PM)
Hours: 40 Hours/Week 8 Hours/Shift
Duration: 13 Weeks Temp to Perm Opportunity
Specialty: LTC / Skilled Nursing Facility

We are seeking a Registered Nurse Unit Manager to oversee clinical operations and provide leadership within a Skilled Nursing Facility environment. This role focuses on delivering quality resident care supervising nursing teams and ensuring compliance with facility standards and regulations.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate resident care delivery according to care plans and facility policies
Develop implement and evaluate individualized resident care plans
Administer medications and treatments per regulations and standards
Monitor resident conditions and initiate appropriate interventions
Collaborate with RNs LPNs CNAs physicians and therapy teams
Conduct patient rounds and address resident and family concerns
Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation
Support staff performance and maintain efficient unit operations

Requirements:

ADN or BSN from an accredited nursing program
Active Registered Nurse (RN) License
Active BLS Certification
COVID-19 Vaccination Card required
Minimum 02 years RN experience preferred
SNF or Long-Term Care experience strongly preferred
Strong leadership communication and organizational skills
Knowledge of LTC regulations and compliance standards
