Are you an experienced RN with a background in skilled nursing facility management St. Vincent de Paul Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is currently hiring a full-time Unit Manager for first shift with alternating on-call weeks. Located in Berlin NH our 74-bed skilled nursing facility provides compassionate short and long-term care in a supportive environment tailored to meet the individual needs of our residents. Your Role:
- Unit Management: Oversee day-to-day operations
- Care Monitoring: Ensure resident care delivered by licensed nurses and LNAs complies with HIPAA state and federal healthcare regulations.
- Clinical Oversight: Ensure adherence to physician orders monitor medication and treatment schedules and maintain accurate MDS documentation.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments supporting the ADON and Director of Nurses.
- Care Coordination: Assess plan implement and monitor resident care plans for comprehensive care delivery.
- Compliance: Maintain confidentiality of resident care information and uphold HIPAA standards.
- Supervision: Lead Licensed Nurses LNAs and LMNAs to ensure high-quality care.

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
Must possess and maintain a current Registered Nurse license from the State of New Hampshire and be in good standing with the NH Board of Nursing
Two years of long-term care (preferred)
Supervisory experience
Must be punctual dependable and demonstrate compassion and patience
Excellent communication skills; must be able to read write and speak English
