Position: RN - Supervisor

Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM (40hrs/Week)
Rate: $66/hr (W2) $71/hr (1099)

Responsibilities:
- Clinical Leadership: Lead guide and manage the nursing units during the assigned shifts ensuring the effective delivery of patient care in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with nursing standards regulations and best practices.
- Care Delivery Model Implementation: Mentor nursing staff facilitating the implementation of care delivery processes while maintaining strong coordination and communication with other departments.
- Staffing Management: Work closely with the Director of Nursing to maintain appropriate staffing levels to ensure safe quality care while limiting reliance on overtime and agency personnel.
- Recruitment and Development: Participate in recruitment efforts conduct new hire orientation and make recommendations for staff promotions transfers and terminations.
- Performance Management: Foster a positive work environment focused on patient outcomes employee satisfaction and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program. BSN preferred.
- Licensure: Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
- Experience: Prior supervisory experience in nursing is preferred but not required.
- Skills: Strong leadership organizational and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and manage multiple priorities.
