We are seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team this role you will provide high-quality nursing care oversee resident care needs collaborate with interdisciplinary team members and help ensure the highest level of resident comfort safety and well-being.

• Provide and oversee direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans
• Administer medications treatments and specialized nursing procedures safely and accurately
• Assess residents and monitor for changes in condition
• Communicate resident status updates to physicians families and appropriate team members
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs
• Participate in care planning meetings and interdisciplinary team discussions
• Respond appropriately to resident needs concerns and emergencies
• Promote resident dignity comfort safety and quality of life
• Ensure compliance with all federal state and facility regulations
• Utilize PointClickCare (PCC) and other clinical systems as needed

• Current unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in South Carolina
• Current CPR certification
• Must maintain all required continuing education and licensure requirements
• Must remain in good standing with the South Carolina Board of Nursing
• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred
• Must be available to work 12-hour shifts
• Strong clinical assessment leadership communication and organizational skills
