NO CLINICAL INVOLVEMENT
**Must have a minimum of 2 full years of experience in order to be considered
General Certification Requirements (BLS etc.): BLS
Other Certifications/Specialty certifications requirements CCM (certified case manager) preferred but not required
Case load/# patients per day/consults per day: 8-10
EMR: Meditech
Do you require InterQual criteria or Milliman experience: No
Is this position for UR discharge planning or both UR and discharge planning. UR for NOAs
What areas do they cover (Inpatient Outpatient ER Home Care etc.) Inpatient observation and swing bed
Common types of patients & job duties: COPD CHF Debility for swing bed patients
Experience or Must have skills: Insurance portal experience 2 years of experience
Is there a CM Manager/Supervisor on each shift No
Shifts & Scheduling: Monday-Friday schedule. 0700-1530. No weekends holidays or call
Weekend Requirements No

Scrub Color/Dress Code Any or business casual
RT for DC Planning No
Pharmacy for DC Planning Yes
