To learn more about our benefits here.What Youll Do as an RN Nurse Manager:

• Conduct Assessments & Develop Care Plans: Complete in-home assessments and create individualized plans of care to ensure clients receive the support they need.
• Support & Supervise Caregivers: Provide guidance oversight and ongoing support to Home Health Aides and Certified Nursing Assistants to ensure high-quality care and client satisfaction.
• Onboard & Educate: Facilitate new hire orientation and provide ongoing training competency evaluations and in-services to support caregiver success.
• Coordinate Client Care: Act as the central point of communication between clients families caregivers and referral sources ensuring continuity and quality of care.
• Promote Quality & Compliance: Help ensure care delivery meets BAYADA standards client expectations and applicable regulatory requirements.

What Were Looking For:

• Registered Nurse (RN)with a minimum of 2 years of nursing experience
• Previoushome careexperience preferred
• Experience supervising mentoring precepting or supporting caregivers nursing assistants or other direct care staff preferred
• Strong communication relationship-building and organizational skills
