We are looking for energetic passionate and caring nurses who are committed to working a minimum of 24-32 hr.s a week providing quality clinical services to residents in various settings in the Overview:Patient care is delivered in accordance to the scope of the nursing guidlines and maintain the standards of the community health nursing care is provided in the form of assessment teaching treatment documentation and care coordination demonstrating high quality customer service. Requirements:Must be able to work 11PM-7AM and occatioanl RN/LPN we are looking for fully Covid Vaccinated nurses and be able to work in the home setting and facilities such as Assisted Living SNF and candidates will build a relationship with staff residents and their families in all the places they may be working offer blocked shift times in some of the facilities we partner of the elderly is our most valued and caring for the memory impaired goal is to support the residents overall physical emotional and spiritual needs.
