Riderwood Village by Erickson Senior LivingWe are seeking a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) - Home Health to join our team within our beautiful gated community!
No driving required! All residents are located within the community allowing you to focus on providing exceptional care without the stress of travel. Our highly dedicated and compassionate team is committed to ensuring that residents and their families receive the highest quality home health services. We are looking for an RN who shares our passion for delivering personalized resident-centered care.
The RN provides skilled nursing care in accordance with established policies procedures and regulatory standards for a Maryland-licensed Medicare-certified Home Health Agency.
Compensation: $48 - $52 per hour based on experience
Sign-On Bonus: $5000*

How you will make an impact:
Partnering and collaborating in the initial evaluation to assess the residents needs to develop and implement a service plan based on the evaluation and in conjunction with the resident family physician and /or authorized practitioner
Communicating any changes in the residents condition
Ensuring that the residents individualized plan is implemented and followed by the Home Health and Home Support agency team of providers
Delivering nursing care as outlined in the plan of care and according to acceptable nursing standards
Participating in case conferences and other residentrelated meetings
Participating in the orientation and training of other agency nurses as well as training any Aide staff development activities
What you will need:
Current Registered Nurse license for the State of Maryland
Current CPR certification required
Current OASIS experience required
Minimum of 5 years recent Home Care experience required
Medicare-certified home health experience
Strong computer proficiency and effective verbal and written communication skills
Ability to effectively manage a patient caseload while maintaining quality care accurate documentation and regulatory compliance
Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
Experience in caring for seniors and/or senior with cognitive impairment
