RN Clinical Coordinator Postpartum

As our RN Clinical Coordinator you will actively support the department director/manager by coordinating clinical and department activities for the unit serving as a vital clinical resource and professional role model.

Every day you will demonstrate strong clinical judgment ensure high-quality care delivery act as a crucial link between physicians and the patient care team authorize work procedures assign duties manage as shift charge and actively take patient assignments based on unit needs and acuity all while promoting patient well-being and adhering to professional standards.

• Assesses patients physical psychosocial cultural and spiritual needs through observation interview review of medical records & clinical data. Evaluates patients response and intervenes to ensure optimal patient outcome.
• Develop and implement patient plan of care and observe outcomes in accordance with nursing standards and in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
• Provides leadership support and coordination of units daily operations during designated shift.
• Assists in directing organizing and prioritizing all shift activities ensuring patient care and staff needs are met.
• Ensures appropriateness of admissions/cases to the unit/department and that appropriate staff skill mix exists to provide safe patient care.
• Liaison to the multidisciplinary patient care team.

We are offering a $20000 sign on bonus in addition up to $8000 relocation assistance to new hires who meet the eligibility requirements.

• Associates Degree in Nursing or by endorsement
• One (1) year of clinical RN experience Postpartum.
• RN license to practice in state of employment as applicable.

Preferred

• Bachelors Degree in Nursing
• Nursing Specialty Certification
