Rheumatology APP (NPPA)

• Conduct thorough patient assessments including medical history physical examinations and review of diagnostic tests.
• Diagnose and manage a range of rheumatologic diseases (e.g. rheumatoid arthritis lupus gout psoriatic arthritis vasculitis).
• Develop individualized treatment plans and adjust therapies based on patient response and disease progression.
• Perform joint injections and aspirations (training provided if needed).
• Provide patient education regarding disease management medications and lifestyle modifications.
• Order and interpret laboratory imaging and other diagnostic studies.
• Coordinate care with physicians nurses pharmacists and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR).
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education related torheumatologycare.

Compensation Range:

Employee pay is based on a variety of factors including qualifications credentials education and prior work experience. The compensation range does not include benefits or pension plan.
