Revit Electrical Designer

Scope of Work:The Design Engineer is accountable for the design and engineering of assigned projects ensuring the integration and coordination of technical designs with other internal departments and external consultants. This role involves reviewing completed design work for technical adequacy and satisfaction of project :Design and Engineering:Responsible for the design planning organizing and development of documents methods approaches and techniques for conceptual and interpretive drafting of design-build or plan/spec Coordination:Confers with Operations Purchasing Marketing Business Development and Estimating departments to resolve technical support issues and coordinate production Collaboration:Interacts with engineers architects consultants owners representatives and electrical equipment vendors to resolve design issues and ensure project requirements are Preparation:Research develop and prepare design documents and review completed work to ensure the adequacy and accuracy of drawings and and Compliance:Assist in the procurement and upkeep of electrical licensing requirements as directed by the Vice Improvement:Upgrade skills and education to maintain the level of expertise required by branch Requirements:Education:Education:High school graduate holder of G.E.D. or equivalent studies/experience. A college degree is :High degree of technical knowledge and proficiency in of electrical construction and proficiency in NEC code with computer estimating SKILLS:Strong administrative and computer communication skills both written and verbal.
