This role presents an exceptional opportunity to work in the Retrofit Change Board (RCB) which is dedicated todeveloping retrofit change incorporation plans forretrofitting thecustomersfleetfor all BCAmodels in production and out of production.Thisincludesintegratingproduction incorporationWarrantee decisionsKitting definitionandkit/partordering along withService Bulletin(SB) and Service Bulletin validationand Fleet and Program priorities. PositionResponsibilities:
Works with others to integrate product/process change requirements and documentchanges in change incorporation plans in manufacturingand retrofitenvironments
Reviews and analyzes metricsto ensure compliance of product definition change with regulatory requirements
Reviewstechnical statements of work to ensure accurate description of change
Monitorscompliance with change incorporation plans and develops recovery plans as needed
Works undergeneraldirection
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
1 years of experience with change managementorbaseline management
1 years of experience leading or managing projects that involve cross-functional teams
1 years of experience communicating collaborating and building consensus withinternal and external stakeholders
1 years of experience multi-tasking and working in a team environment
Computer proficiency includingMicrosoft OfficeSuite (Word PowerPoint and Excel)
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
3 years related work experience or/and equivalent combination of education andexperience
1 years of experienceutilizingtools (IBEXand/orACMSRedarsETAC)
1 years experience inengineering design manufacturing engineeringand/orretrofit engineeringor processes
Familiarizationwith (PDM or EnoviaSAP Bobcat)
Ability to understand the big pictureand inter-relationships of different positions and activities in the system including the impact of changes in one area on another area.
Ability to create executivesummaries presentationsand communicatekey pointswith management
