Compensation: $15.50$16.50 per hour (DOE) plus commissions

What Youll Be Doing:

• Provide customers with accurate information about store products and available services
• Support customer inquiries and requests both in person and by phone
• Handle daily store opening and closing procedures
• Oversee and coordinate sales floor activities to ensure efficient operations
• Welcome customers and deliver courteous professional assistance
• Keep the sales floor stock areas and displays clean and well-organized at all times
• Process customer purchases accurately including payments and receipt issuance
• Monitor stock levels and replenish merchandise as necessary
• Carry out additional responsibilities assigned by store management

What Youll Need:

• 12 years of retail or customer service experience preferred
• Prior sales leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
• Availability to work evenings weekends and holidays as needed
• Strong customer service communication and basic math skills
• High attention to detail with the ability to maintain a professional appearance
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds climb ladders and stand for extended periods
• Valid drivers license required; bilingual skills are a plus
