What Youll Do
Guide clients through our proven sales process and introduce them to the Elements Wellness Program
Build strong relationships with new existing and prospective clients
Deliver an exceptional personalized customer experience from check-in to check-out
Handle scheduling payments and client communication using our easy-to-learn systems
Turn feedback into opportunities to create outstanding service moments
What Were Looking For
A natural communicator who loves listening just as much as talking
Someone who thrives in a client-focused team-oriented environment
Organic sales experience necessaryespecially memberships or service-based sales
Background in customer service hospitality spa or wellness environments preferred
Comfortable using computers and modern scheduling systems
