Retail Finance Program Manager Analytics & Reporting

Every new product we build service we create or Apple Store experience we deliver is the result of us making each others ideas is looking for a dynamic highly motivated Program Manager to join the Retail Finance PART (Process Analytics Reporting and Technology) this role you will partner with leads in finance operations strategy analytics and IT to drive optimization through process data and technology solutions. Youll apply your abilities in strategy planning and execution to devise operational and technical solutions that support the Retail and Retail Finance roadmap.

You will work directly with Business Stakeholders to understand their needs and partner with Engineering teams to deliver user-centered solutions. Success requires an individual to think strategically and drive the bigger picture while simultaneously being in the details of all key deliverables. You must be self-motivated comfortable working with minimal direction in a global fast-paced often ambiguous environment. You have exceptional analytical skills a maniacal attention to detail and a proven ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization. nnYoull connect the dots build trust and understanding between groups and orchestrate the activities needed to make your projects successful. The ideal candidate should have experience managing large technical projects that interweave multiple functional teams and/or multiple systems.

5 years of experience in program and/or portfolio managementnBachelors degree in Business Management Computer Science Engineering or related fieldn

Proven track record of leading strategic programs while executing tactical project-level activities.n Experience planning managing and delivering large-scale cross-functional systems projects with proficient knowledge of systems implementation development lifecycles and enterprise-scale ability to bridge Business Stakeholders and Engineering teams translating business problems into clear product requirements and feature communication and presentation skills (written and verbal) to all levels of an organization collaboration and cross-functional abilities with comfort operating in fast-paced environments. A keen attention to detail to proactively identify and address risks gaps or communication leader and motivator with the ability to lead teams with or without direct reports influence without authority and the technical acumen to effectively strategize on solutions with IT of accounting principles financial statements and financial modelingnMBA or technical graduate degree is a plus. nExperience in finance internal tools or SAP is desirable nn
