Assist interested customers throughout the product selection and purchasing process.
Conduct basic product demonstrations when applicable.

Help organize merchandise displays and customer-facing informational materials.
Ensure product displays remain clean accessible and professionally presented.
Monitor product availability and communicate replenishment needs to team members.
Support customer acquisition and repeat engagement through positive interactions.
Gather customer feedback and communicate relevant observations to colleagues.
Collaborate with team members to support daily retail and customer service objectives.
Participate in product training team meetings and retail activity discussions.
Follow established company guidelines for customer interactions product handling and daily operations.
Complete additional retail and customer engagement responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous experience in retail sales customer service hospitality or another customer-facing environment preferred but not required.

Required Skills:
