Join Uniform Advantage / UA Brands as an Assistant Store Manager in Timonium MD. Youll help lead a store serving nurses therapists veterinarians and other healthcare professionals who do extraordinary work every day.

As an Assistant Store Manager youll work alongside the Store Manager to lead the team and grow the business. You will:

• Deliver an exceptional experience for every customer
• Coach motivate and develop team members while recognizing great performance
• Help set communicate and achieve store sales goals
• Support daily store operations including opening and closing responsibilities
• Maintain a clean organized well-stocked and welcoming store
• Assist with merchandising inventory and operational standards
• Help control expenses and follow Loss Prevention procedures
• Identify business opportunities and partner with the Store Manager to solve problems
• Build relationships with local customers and key accounts
• Make bank deposits and occasionally travel locally for business needs
• Support occasional off-site pop-up stores at client hospitals or offices

• Able to travel locally as needed with a valid drivers license and active auto insurance
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must pass assessment test.

Retail leadership or supervisory experience is preferred.

This is an active retail role. Team members must be able to stand and walk for extended periods reach and handle merchandise bend or kneel as needed and lift push or pull up to 40 pounds. Reasonable accommodations are available for qualified individuals with disabilities.
