What You Do

• Perform water extraction and emergency mitigation services safely and efficiently
• Assist with water fire and mold mitigation demolition and equipment setup
• Prepare rooms/areas for work activities including staging and protecting contents
• Perform demolition and general cleanup of affected structures
• Operate and monitor drying equipment recording moisture data as needed
• Maintain clean and organized work areas tools equipment and company vehicle
• Complete required documentation and upload job photos/updates into database
• Communicate professionally with customers while supporting project leadership
• Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergency responses
• Follow all jobsite safety standards and hazard identification practices
• Adapt and provide support across multiple operations

What You Bring

• High school diploma or GED
• At least one year of experience in a hands-on physically demanding role
• Valid drivers license with acceptable driving record
• Strong work ethic willingness to learn clear communicator and outstanding customer service skills
• Ability to follow direction and work effectively as part of a team
• Ability to lift over 50 lbs. frequently
• Must be comfortable working on ladders/at heights in confined and tight areas as well as perform in extreme heat humidity and cold weather
• IICRC Certification preferred
