Respiratory Therapy Student Tech- PRN Days
Status: PRN
Shift: First
**Every third weekend required**
Job Summary:
The respiratory care technician assesses treats and monitors patients with respiratory diseases and conditions. This includes the delivery of medicated and non-medicated therapy as ordered by a provider. The respiratory care technician assists in departmental operations by assisting with supplies and equipment management.
Requirements:
Must beactively enrolled in an AMA approved school of Respiratory Care.
Must hold an active student LimitedCertificate from the Kentucky Board for Respiratory Care.
Must providecontinuous proof of progression through the program via checklist.
Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) required within 90 days of hire.
