Residential Services Supervisor

Lifesteps is hiring a Full-Time Community Homes (Residential Services) Supervisor in the Butler area.

Position Summary:

The Supervisor provides a high level of quality care to individuals while ensuring that each individual is treated with respect and dignity. Improves the quality of life for each individual by assisting them in learning to live and function as independently as possible in their home and community.

In addition the Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and handling the day-to-day activities of the Community Home. This position is responsible for the direct supervision of all house staff. The Supervisor functions as a Residential Companion and is part of the direct care team.

This full-time position works a two week rotating schedule of daylights (7am to 3pm).

QUALIFICATIONS:

Required:

High School Diploma/GED and three (3) years experience working in a direct care home health aide or human service or related field

Current drivers license and auto insurance

Must be 18years or older

Must be able to lift 200lbs with assistance

Must be able to pass a background check and obtain clearances

Preferred:

Associate Degree or equivalent credits (60) and 2 years of experience working in a C.N.A direct support professional human service Special Education or related field

Bachelors Degree and 1 year experience working in a human service or related field

Supervisory experience and knowledge ofand/or 2380 regulations (or equivalent regulations).
