We are hiring a Residential Program Managerto oversee daily operations and lead a team of employees in delivering high-quality person-centered supports. What Youll Do

• Program Leadership
  Provide day-to-day oversight of the home ensuring consistency in routines expectations and service delivery.
  
  
• Team Development
  Train coach and support employees in best practices including behavior supports communication strategies and daily care.
  
  
• Service Coordination
  Collaborate with case managers healthcare providers families and other partners to ensure coordinated and effective support.
  
  
• Operations & Compliance
  Manage scheduling documentation and program systems while ensuring compliance with OARs licensing requirements and agency policies.
  
  
• Health & Safety Oversight
  Maintain a safe environment through regular checks staff training compliance and adherence to all safety protocols.

What Were Looking For

• Experience
  Background supporting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in residential or similar settings. Experience with complex behaviors or co-occurring needs preferred.
• Education
  Degree in Human Services Psychology Social Work or a related field preferred.
• Leadership Skills
  Able to lead with clarity and accountability while supporting employee growth and team cohesion.
• Critical Thinking
  Able to remain calm make sound decisions and respond effectively in high-pressure situations.
• Communication
  Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build trust with individuals employees and partners.
• Organization
  Able to manage multiple priorities maintain accurate documentation and meet deadlines.
• Requirements
  Valid Oregon drivers license (or transferable MVR) ability to pass a DHS background check and completion of pre-employment drug screening.
• Preferred
  Prior supervisory or leadership experience in residential or human services programs.
