Job Summary
Job Objective/Summary: The Resident Assistants are responsible for assisting residents with their nutritional recreational and social activities. RAs are responsible for general cleanliness of residents rooms and addition The RA may perform administrative tasks such as answering phones greeting visitors taking residents to in-house appointments and documenting resident care.
Job Education Licenses/Certifications Knowledge & Experience:A high school diploma or equivalent preferred.Previous experience in a healthcare geriatric setting is a plus. Must attend and successfully complete C.N.A classes within 3 months of hire. C.N.A classes are provided by the facility.
