What You Will Do:

• Be responsible for the requirements documentation and analysis project workstream

• Support the Project Manager Deputy Project Manager Scrum Master and Product Owner in translating contractual requirements into team or vendor activities/software development user stories

• Support the Project Manager Deputy Project Manager Scrum Master and Product Owner in translating contractual requirements into team activities/software development user stories

• Support the Project Manager Deputy Project Manager and Digitization Lead in tracking the digitization vendors completion of contractual requirements

• Document project requirements and create written presentations to report requirements status

• Verbally brief requirements analysis workstream activity status at daily team stand-ups and client-facing meetings

What You Will Need:

• Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD PUBLIC TRUST; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. Candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred.

• Bachelors degree or Additional FOUR (4) years experience in Lieu of Degree.

• Minimum of FOUR (4) years of experience distilling documenting and tracking requirements for multi-work stream projects

• Outstanding team collaboration skills and the ability to adapt to a dynamic consulting project environment

• Excellent project management skills

• The ability to clearly communicate requirements and acceptance criteria to non-technical clients/audiences and establish outstanding client relationships

• Proficiency with Microsoft OfficeTM suite of productivity software tools

What Would Be Nice To Have:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies

• Experience using Atlassian software development project management tools Jira and Confluence
