Representative Count Room

Responsibilities:

• Foster an environment that embodies Ballys Born to Entertain philosophy by creating a fun-filled entertaining atmosphere
• Enthusiastically promote Ballys customer-centric culture of offering superior guest service and actively building long-lasting guest relations
• Adhere to all policies and procedures in accordance with regulatory requirements Company initiatives and organizational goals
• Collect and count revenue from various drop sources per the companys internal controls and departmental guidelines
• Count sort and organize all currency coins coupons chips and paperwork from the drop container; strap and hand-stamp money bundles; delivers to cashiers as applicable
• Retrieve drop boxes from the storage area and appropriately store all boxes and carts
• Load currency counters utilize the counter interface and collect sort and reconcile funds
• Enters count information into applicable software applications
• Load appropriate boxes into carts and pushes and pull carts to designated areas for transportation to the casino floor
• Perform the duties and responsibilities associated with the Illinois Gaming Board Statewide Voluntary Self-Exclusion Program
• Perform other duties as assigned

Compensation:

• Target Salary Range: $24.11/hr

Physical Demands & Work Environment:

• Regularly required to see talk hear walk and stand
• Frequently required to use hands to handle feel and reach
• Occasionally required to sit or stoop
• Must occasionally lift and or move up to 100 pounds
• Frequently required to push and pull heavy carts across the casino floor and back of house area
