Rental Manager

Job SummaryThe Rental Manager is responsible for managing regional rental operations across multiple branches while ensuring a consistent and positive experience for both internal teams and external customers. This role will require travel to branch and customer sites to support execution drive compliance and maintain strong daytoday rental operations across an assigned regionTravel to branch locations as needed to oversee execution and operational consistencyVisit customer sites to support service delivery and resolve rentalrelated issuesServe as a key contact for regional rental customer experienceReview and approve rental contracts for accuracy and complianceEnsure required documentation is complete (agreements POs COIs)Approve discounts within limits and protect rental marginsEnsure all delivered rental equipment across the region is billed on timeMonitor open contracts for missed or delayed billingIdentify and address idle or underutilized equipment regionallyExecute fleet transfers reassignments and redeploymentReview service costs charged to rental and investigate variancesSupervise train and coach rental coordinatorsAudit CRM activity to ensure clean opportunity progressionAct on customer feedback to improve satisfaction and retentionQualificationsExperience in rental operations equipment rentals or multilocation operationsStrong understanding of contracts pricing and billingLeadership or supervisory experienceWillingness and ability to travel throughout the regionStrong communication and relationshipmanagement skillsHigh attention to detail in a fastpaced environmentIdeal CandidateExecutionfocused with strong regional ownershipComfortable interacting with customers and branch leadershipProcessdriven and decisiveStrong crossfunctional collaboratorCompensation Range:$ per year plus incentives.
