This is a remote position.
World Atlantic Travel is seeking a Remote Travel Care Representative to deliver exceptional support to our travelers throughout their this role you will assist with travel reservations itinerary updates travel inquiries and post-booking support while ensuring every customer receives professional timely and personalized service. You will work closely with internal teams to help create seamless travel experiences and maintain accurate records in company systems.
Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
* 1 year of customer service hospitality travel or administrative experience preferred
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced remote environment
* Reliable high-speed internet connection and dedicated home office
* Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
