Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with planning and booking travel arrangements (cruises hotels flights vacation packages)
• Provide personalized recommendations based on client preferences and budgets
• Stay informed on travel deals promotions and destination updates
• Communicate with clients via phone email and online platforms
• Manage bookings payments and travel documentation
• Deliver excellent customer service before during and after travel

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Basic computer and internet navigation skills

• No prior experience required (training provided)
