Remote Reservations & Guest Support Specialist

Were seeking individuals with strong people skills to help travelers navigate vacation options and reservation details.

Rather than working from a traditional office or call center youll work remotely while developing your knowledge of travel products destinations and reservation systems.

In this role you may:

• Answer questions from prospective and existing clients
• Assist travelers in comparing vacation options
• Coordinate hotel resort cruise and activity reservations
• Review reservation information for accuracy
• Communicate important travel information to clients
• Follow up with travelers when needed

• Comfortable using email and web-based platforms
• Able to manage multiple conversations and details
• Self-motivated and dependable
• Interested in travel and customer service

Previous reservation or travel experience is helpful but not required. Comprehensive training and continued support are available.
