Remote Project Architect

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Architect to join our dynamic team at Puttshack. As a remote Project Architect you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects from the comfort of your own home. This is a full-time permanent position with the potential for growth and advancement within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the design team to develop and implement project plans including concept development schematic design design development and construction documents

- Conduct site visits and perform site analysis to ensure project feasibility and compliance with local building codes and regulations

- Manage project timelines budgets and resources to ensure successful project delivery

- Communicate with clients contractors and consultants to coordinate project requirements and resolve any design issues

- Review and approve project submittals including shop drawings material samples and mock-ups

- Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior team members

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends innovations and best practices to continuously improve design processes and outcomes

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in architectural design with a focus on commercial or hospitality projects

- Proficient in AutoCAD Revit and other design software

- Strong understanding of building codes regulations and construction processes

- Excellent project management skills including the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and clients

- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting

- Willingness to travel for occasional site visits and meetings
