Job Responsibilities:
Responding to customer inquiries via email phone and chat using the Gorgias & Aircall support platforms
Assisting customers with billing questions account updates order placement and order modifications through Shopify
Providing knowledgeable support regarding products policies promotions and current sales campaigns
Delivering professional empathetic and timely customer service experiences
Collaborating with internal team members to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution
Following company procedures while remaining adaptable to evolving processes and business needs
Maintaining accurate customer records and detailed communication notes
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of customer service experience within the eCommerce industry
Experience supporting online customers through email and phone communication
Comfortable learning and navigating multiple software platforms independently
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Professional positive and solution-focused mindset
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience using Shopify Gorgias or similar customer support platforms
Knowledge of essential oils wellness products or natural health products
Previous experience in direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands
Workspace Guidelines:
Reliable high-speed internet connection
Access to a personal computer suitable for work-related tasks
Dedicated distraction-free workspace
Ability to maintain productivity and professionalism while working remotely
