Remote Health Consultant

First-year Remote Health Consultants in the US can expect to earn up to $49056 in total cash compensation plus equity.

  • Health-Literate Curiosity: You actually care about this stuff. DEXA body composition nutrition basics training principles. These are topics youd read about on your own time and that knowledge bleeds through in every conversation.
  • Operational Multitasking: Phone ringing three Slack DMs open an email half-written calendar pinging and you dont drop balls. You hold the cognitive load without getting flustered and you know which thread to pick up first.
  • Calm Under Volume: When the queue spikes or a scheduling crunch lands on a Saturday afternoon you triage by importance rather than by whos loudest. You dont perform stress; you absorb it and keep moving.
  • High Agency in a Remote Seat: Nobody walks by your desk to ask if youre stuck. When you see a broken process a wrong FAQ or a recurring issue you flag it fix it or document it without waiting for someone to assign it.
  • No-Ego Service Posture: Youre happy to reschedule the same client for the third time answer the same FAQ for the tenth time and own the small unglamorous work as fully as the complex problem-solving. The job is the work not the title.

What Will You Do

  • Handle high-volume inbound and outbound client interactions across phone email text and Slack staying accurate and human on every channel
  • Manage appointment scheduling rescheduling and cancellations with precision often dozens per shift
  • Answer client questions on nutrition health fitness and DEXA technology with clear accurate empathetic guidance
  • Partner with our events and operations teams on outbound communications and logistical coordination ahead of scan events
  • De-escalate and triage complex or sensitive client situations with composure
  • Contribute to ongoing process improvements: flag recurring issues suggest better workflows and help refine our CX standards

Requirements

  • 3 years of customer experience in a high-volume environment (experience with CX platforms like HubSpot AirCall or Zendesk a strong plus)
  • Strong working knowledge of CX KPIs metrics and best practices
  • Proven ability to adapt quickly learn new systems fast and pass an internal knowledge and skills assessment within 90 days
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication with natural empathy across a wide range of clients
  • Genuine interest in health wellness and fitness enough to learn the science of DEXA and explain it clearly
  • Ability to thrive with direct unfiltered feedback. Well tell you exactly what you need to improve
  • US-based with a reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace
  • If youve taken standardized tests (SAT ACT ASVAB or similar) share your scores. They arent required and wont be a sole factor but they help us learn about you since we dont run pre-employment testing

Schedule

  • Monday: 1:00 PM to 9:30 PM CST
  • Tuesday: 1:00 PM to 9:30 PM CST
  • Wednesday: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM CST
  • Friday: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM CST
  • Saturday: 1:00 PM to 9:30 PM CST
  • Thursday and Sunday off
  • Schedule may shift to accommodate business needs

Compensation

  • Base Salary: $41600 ($20.00/hour at 40 hrs/week)
  • Performance Bonus: Up to 7% of base salary annually ($2912); half paid in cash ($1456) half in stock options
  • Team Revenue Bonus: $500/month when we hit monthly goals ($6000 annually; we hit our goals 9 out of 12 months in 2025)
  • Total Cash Compensation: Up to $49056
  • Equity: Stock options through performance bonus and additional grants based on performance

All team members regardless of position are eligible for additional stock option grants and profit sharing based on performance. We expect both cash and equity compensation to grow as the company scales.
