Job Summary
We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Remote Chat & Email Support Representative to join our real estate this role you will assist clients respond to inquiries provide property information and support real estate agents through email and live chat communication. The ideal candidate is organized responsive tech-savvy and able to provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat and email promptly and professionally
- Provide information about property listings pricing availability and services
- Schedule appointments property tours and follow-up calls
- Assist buyers sellers renters and agents with general support requests
- Maintain accurate records of conversations and customer interactions
- Update CRM systems and customer databases
- Follow up with leads and potential clients
- Route complex inquiries to the appropriate department or agent
- Support online marketing campaigns and customer engagement
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution
Qualifications
- Previous customer service chat support or email support experience preferred
