Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote Administrative Assistant to join our team. This is a full-time remote position that offers the flexibility to work from home. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and time-management skills as well as the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the team including scheduling meetings managing calendars and making travel arrangements
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails to appropriate team members
- Prepare and edit correspondence reports and presentations
- Maintain and update client information in our database
- Assist with the preparation of financial documents and reports
- Monitor and order office supplies as needed
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Conduct research and compile information as requested
- Other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Administrative assistant or Secretary are a plus
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
