Position Overview

We are seeking a responsible organized and detail-oriented Account Records Assistant to join our remote administrative team. This entry-level position supports the maintenance organization and accuracy of customer and business account records within company systems.

The Account Records Assistant will review account information process routine record updates organize supporting documentation verify submitted details and help ensure account records remain accurate and current.

This is primarily a back-office administrative position and generally does not involve sales or high-volume customer calls. Most daily responsibilities are completed using internal databases spreadsheets digital documents email and company communication platforms.

Key Responsibilities
