Remittance Support Analyst

Location: Middleburg Heights OH

Schedule: Hybrid (3 days/week onsite) after initial 3 month onsite period

Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm w/60 min lunch or 8:30am-5:00pm w/30 min lunch

This position resides on the EDI Remit Tech team which provides second-level support for EDIs clients and call center personnel resolving various issues dealing with remittance processing.

Responsibilities:

• Research and resolve technical issues pertaining to remittance processes.
• Monitor remittance transmissions betweenQuadax and payers.
• Work with payers to obtain missing remits.
• Setup and maintain remittance parametersXpeditor settings 835 splits posting files and mappingNPI to the corresponding client code.
• Assist with testing remittance enhancements and bug fixes forXpeditor releases.
• Configure and support custom remittance reports for clients.
• Complete analysis and gather information for remittance enhancement requests.
• Analyze and interpret ANSI 835data
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Associates degree preferred
• Knowledge of EDI a plus
• Problem solving skills
• Strong computer skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Strong attention to detail working with clients and internal departments
• Ability to set priorities
• Ability to maintain confidentiality

Range: $19/hr.-$22/hr.
