Reliability Engineer
Lincolnton, NC - USA
Job Summary
The Reliability Engineer is responsible for improving equipment availability performance and lifecycle reliability by applying structured problem-solving data analysis and predictive maintenance methodologies. This role focuses on identifying chronic losses reducing unplanned downtime and driving long-term corrective actions that improve Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) and reduce Mean Time To Repair (MTTR).
By applying the Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) methodology the engineer ensures that maintenance strategies are risk-based cost-effective and aligned with Boschs TPM objectives. Through technical expertise and cross-functional collaboration the Reliability Engineer drives sustainable improvements in equipment reliability production stability and total cost of ownershi
