Concept Rehab is looking for a motivated and compassionate Rehab Director to lead our therapy team in Adrian Missouri. This full-time leadership opportunity is ideal for a licensed PT PTA OTR or OTA who enjoys mentoring others building strong teams and providing exceptional patient care.

What Youll Do
Lead the daily operations of the rehabilitation department
Supervise mentor and support the therapy team
Partner with nursing and facility leadership to deliver outstanding resident care
Manage scheduling staffing productivity and department performance
Ensure compliance with Medicare Medicaid and regulatory guidelines
Promote quality outcomes and excellent customer service
Build a positive and collaborative team environment
Qualifications
Current Missouri license as a PT PTA OTR or OTA
Skilled nursing or post-acute care experience preferred
Leadership experience preferred but not required
Strong communication organizational and leadership skills
Passion for providing exceptional patient care
