Baptist Health is hiring a Registered Respiratory Therapist for Baptist Clay. This is a full-time night shift opportunity.

We are looking to hire an experienced Registered Respiratory Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in high-stress fast-paced environment.

Registered Respiratory Therapist Job Responsibilities:

• Assessing diagnosing and treating patients with breathing disorders

• Administering respiratory therapies

• Performing and interpreting diagnostic tests

• Monitoring and managing mechanical ventilators for patients who require respiratory support

• Collaborating with physicians nurses and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans

• Providing patient education and support on proper breathing techniques medication usage and lifestyle changes

• Maintaining accurate and complete patient assessments treatments and progress documentation

Registered Respiratory Therapist Education & Credential Requirements:

• Associate of Science Required

• Basic Life Support (BLS) Required

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Preferred

• Or Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Preferred

• Or Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) Certification Preferred

• Florida Licensed Respiratory Therapist Required-DOH
