At the Womens Clinic our team is dedicated to providing compassionate patient-centered care in a safe and supportive environment for women at every stage of life. The nurse provides direct patient care using the nursing process and in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice partnering closely with providers and fellow care team members to deliver high-quality coordinated care. Through collaboration clinical excellence and a commitment to womens health our team strives to create a welcoming experience that empowers patients to achieve and maintain their best health. This clinic offers a broad range of womens health services designed to support the well-being strength and unique healthcare needs of every patient.

How youll contribute

A Registered Nurse (RN)who excels in this role:

• Performs plan of care intervention including medication administration specimen collection clinical treatments as well as other medical care treatment.
• Documents patient care given.
• Monitors records and communicates patient condition as appropriate to care team physician patient and family.
• Assists patients with performing activities of daily living including personal hygiene elimination nutrition and ambulation.
• Collaborates as needed across disciplines to coordinate patient care including patient transfer discharge referral and spiritual/psychosocial support needs.
• Evaluates learning needs of patient and/or family and provides patient/family education appropriate to age culture condition and circumstances.
• Works as an advocate for the physical and emotional well-being of the patient.
• Maintains regular and reliable attendance.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

What were looking for

Applicants should have a current state or compact state RN license and possess an associates degree from an accredited nursing school. Additional requirements include:

• BLS Required
• Licenses: Must have a current state or compact state RN license.
• Education: Associates degree required. BSN preferred.
• Previous OBGYN/Womens Clinic experience required
