Welcome to the NEW Surgical Trauma Transition Unit (STTU) at Deaconess Midtown!
Opening in early 2027 STTU is a brand-new 18-bed high-acuity unit designed to bridge the gap between intensive care and recovery. With a unique blend of Stepdown ICU and Medical-Surgical care this unit offers nurses the opportunity to expand their clinical skills while caring for a diverse patient population.
