• You have at least 1 year of Registered Nurse Experience
• You have a valid TB Test CPR Certification & Work Physical within the year
• You understand regulatory compliance with state and federal regulations
• You have a valid drivers license & vehicle with insurance

Your Pay!

• Registered Nurse: ($45 - $50 / hour)

Your Schedule!

• 1-on-1 Skilled Home Visits (2 hr 4 hr 8 hr 12 hr shifts)
• Part-time and/or Per Diem
• Fill in Facility Staffing

Your Responsibilities!

• Port/PICC line TPN IV Pain meds and Fluids/TPN
• Medication Administration Wound Care Skilled Nursing services
• Provide thoughtful care to client & patients based on personalized Plan of Care
• Monitor and track changes in the client/patients conditions and needs and keep the Director of Nursing and any other appropriate personnel informed
• Proactively updates client/patients family on plan of care health changes and concerns
