Registered Nurse (RN) Med Surge
Duties:
- Provide direct nursing care to medical-surgical patients.
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor changes in condition.
- Administer medications treatments and therapies as ordered.
- Develop implement and update individualized nursing care plans.
- Coordinate care with physicians nursing staff and other healthcare professionals.
- Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans medications discharge instructions and ongoing care needs.
Required Qualifications:
- Valid New Mexico RN license or active Compact RN license required
- Current BLS certification required
- Associate Degree in Nursing required
- Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience required
Compensation:$32.00-$40.00/HR
