Summary:Utilizes the principles of the nursing process to provide for the continuity and quality of nursing care administered to a specific group of neonate pediatric adolescent adult or geriatric patients consistent with the philosophy goals policies and procedures of the Nursing Department and Hospital Administration. Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide appropriate care to the age of the patient served on the nursing unit or by patient care department.
Job Qualifications
Education:Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
Experience:One - three years of previous medical/surgical and/or PACU experience preferred.
BCLS ACLS and PALS Required.
License:Current license issued by New York State to practice as a Registered Nurse.
