Willingham Works is a nurse-led woman-owned small business based in Elizabethtown Kentucky. We build long-term relationships with healthcare facilities across Kentucky and southern Indiana and we maintain an active candidate pool of qualified nurses for staffing engagements when openings arise.
WE ARE BUILDING OUR CANDIDATE POOL
We are talking with Registered Nurses in Plainfield Indiana and the surrounding 10-mile area who are open to learning about future opportunities with our partner facilities. This is NOT an immediate opening we are building a pre-screened candidate pool so that when our partner facilities have needs we have qualified nurses ready.
WHO WERE LOOKING FOR
* Active Kentucky or Indiana RN license
* Current BLS certification
* Any clinical specialty welcome: Med-Surg ICU ER OR L&D Pediatrics Orthopedics Psych Home Health
* All experience levels new grads to 20 years
* Open to full-time part-time PRN contract or direct-hire opportunities

COMPENSATION
Pay rates vary by facility shift and specialty. Our typical RN engagements pay $30 $45 per hour. Well discuss specifics when we know what kind of role fits your goals.
