Location: Bozeman Montana
Pay Rate: $70/hr
Contract: 13 Weeks
Schedule: Variable shifts days nights weekends and holidays as required
Total Working Hours per week: 36 hours/week
Experience: Minimum 1 year of NICU Labor & Delivery Emergency Department or Intensive Care nursing experience required

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse NICU to provide high-quality neonatal nursing care in a collaborative healthcare environment. The nurse will assess patient needs develop and implement individualized care plans support patient and family education and work closely with the healthcare team to ensure safe and effective care.

Responsibilities
Assess patient condition and collect comprehensive clinical data
Develop implement and evaluate individualized plans of care
Provide neonatal nursing care in accordance with professional standards
Educate patients and families based on clinical needs
Promote a safe supportive and patient-centered care environment
Collaborate with physicians families and healthcare team members
Maintain accurate documentation using EPIC
Support quality improvement and evidence-based nursing practice

Requirements
Active Montana Registered Nurse license required
American Heart Association BLS required
NRP certification required
STABLE certification required
Minimum 1 year of NICU L&D ED or ICU nursing experience required
Must live at least 90 miles away from the facility
Ability to work variable shifts weekends and holidays
Strong clinical judgment teamwork communication and emotional intelligence required
