Pay Rate: $60.00 to $63.00/hr
Contract: 13 Weeks
Schedule: 12-hour day shifts 7:00 AM 7:00 PM
Total Working Hours: 36 Hours/Week
Experience: Minimum 4 years required
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Med/Surg Registered Nurse for a 13-week contract opportunity in Globe Arizona. This role requires strong Med/Surg experience flexibility to float to Stepdown when needed and the ability to support patient care in a fast-paced acute care setting.
Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care to adult Med/Surg patients.

Float to Stepdown when needed based on facility needs.

Assess monitor and document patient condition and response to care.

Administer medications treatments and nursing interventions as ordered.

Support patient safety infection control and quality care standards.

Communicate clearly with physicians nurses patients and families.
-
Participate in call coverage as required by the contract.

Adapt to changing patient care needs and unit assignments.
Requirements
-
Active Arizona or compact Registered Nurse license required.

BLS/BCLS certification required.

ACLS certification required.
-
Minimum 4 years of RN experience required.

Med/Surg experience required.

Stepdown experience preferred.

Must be willing to float to Stepdown if needed.

Flu vaccine required with no exceptions.

Must meet 100-mile radius rule.

Holiday coverage required.
-
No more than 3 days of requested time off allowed per contract.

Facility may cancel up to 3 shifts per 13-week assignment.
